Anyone here ever sell their honey? We've been beekeeping for a few years and thought about it (more for fun than anything).

Same here, just give it away to neighbors, friends and family. This was first year we harvested. Have excess honey.
We r thinking Facebook market place and charging $12 cdn for a 500ml mason jar

This was my first year with excess honey. Sold it exclusively via facebook marketplace and word of mouth. I wish I could have an honor box but that won't work here unfortunately

A good option is to find a friend that runs a store or has an office for something and have them keep a few jars for sale on the corner of the counter. I don't get enough for more than friends and family and a couple batches of mead on occasion, but my friend that runs a wrap and smoothie store never stops begging to let her sell some there. Here in the Appalachians it's pretty common to see the same thing with maple syrup. Like every other hardware store or small business has a few jars for sale

Unfortunately in Indiana, without a retail or wholesale license (working on it) I physically have to be the one to sell to people. Its rather annoying tbh.

And yeah, I just picked up 4, 6 gallon carboys from a winery that is closing. Next year its going to be fun

In Fl we have cottage law, I can do honor stand direct to the person. Can also do internet sales to person in Florida , but that is a hassle. We do some shows but the honor box has been great

    Any thoughts.
My bees did great coming out of winter. Flow is gonna kick in soon.
I have 2 colonies in the city (close neighbors) and this past 10 days, about 6 swarms have occurred. I'm at a loss.
Went through 1 colony yesterday and found a bunch of queen cells, no queen, saw a virgin emerge (cool) and I lost her on the frame. Crushed all the other cells but 1 + the emerged queen. Is that ok

The other colony seems honey bound, so gonna extract a deep which is completely full, then adding a deep of drawn comb. This too is full of queen cells and tonnes of bees. Should I just let it be ?
I can't believe all of the swarming from just the 2 colonies.
I thought if you left the queen cells, 1st one to hatch would go kill off all the others and be the new queen
I can't understand the multiple swarms
    Thoughts?

Bed led, under hood led, secondary auxiliary panel,
If the first emerging queen can’t get to the other cells they will form and those closets to the other queen will be loyal to that one. You will get a primary swarm and then as more queens emerge you will get pocket swarms. It’s best to do what you did and knock down all but 2 on the same frame and side so she don’t have to go far to cull the other queens.
Of course you can make some splits and they would build up nice during you flow.
Remember they won’t be rearing brood for about 30 ish days after that queen hatched so have room for them to store nectar they will fill every thing

Just a follow up. Went in, cleared a full super of honey, gave em a new box to work on.
I manage single brood chamber system.
Went into the brood box found a bunch of queen cells, then found the queen, new, unmarked, looked to be a good size. Marked her and destroyed all the queen cells.
Hopefully she starts laying. Gave them some clean drawn comb on either side of where she was so they could start working it for laying
    Nothing more I can do.

She should start laying in a week or so. Sounds like you got it sorted . All I keep is single deep management
