Sounds good, place sounds a little rough for my current setup. Should be fine next year though with my busy winter.

Huge shout out to Harry and Dennis for coming by today and helping me get my new shocks in and all three of my skid plates on. We ran into the issue of the 2 lower shock bolts being seized into the bilstein bushings, which made no sense since we only just took them apart 2 years ago and put in brand new bushing in those Fuckers, but Harry was the super hero of the day by having 1 complete OEM set up with the bolt and nut and another make shift bolt and nut to get me to where I can drive on it for now and change it out with ones that I have to order since no Toyota dealership in an hour and a half radius didn't have them in stock. Damn it, even when I don't do installs on Sundays, the parts department still doesn't have what I need in stock. But they're in and they're pretty...

Planning on going to Saranac Lake or Plattsburgh for it and spend a week around there, definitely a meetup opportunity for anyone in the Northeast, other regions probably would do the same

The day has finally arrived. Rob wants to do the suspension.

Leafs are squeaking like a mother...... I figure if I'm going to drop and replace those, the struts are another two bolts, so might as well do the fronts too at that point

I think my bushings are just 100% F'd. If those are cheap and easy to do instead I might just do that. But it'll be at 75k come springtime so not unreasonable to do suspension.

I mean....stock takeoffs aren't off the table

Haven't a clue. New bushings all around is just under 100 so i might just do that. I can do that easy enough solo in the driveway.

OOoooo cool, thanks but I might try to find something closer to home :jpow:

thank you! I'm in no rush, it's squeaky but nothing wrong with 'em. And it's cold so I'm not spending hours wrenching with numb hands, this is a springtime project at the earliest, behind a fridge/solar and all the fluids I gotta do.
