    What do you mean?
The original sensor should have the part number and brand on it.

Alot of dealers sell online I wouldn't buy from Amazon or Ebay though, too many counterfeit parts on there.

Your certain there are no vacuum leaks?

What do your fuel trims look like with the MAF unplugged?

I am 99 percent sure no vac leaks. I can keep it runnin by keepin it floored, if i slowly back off throttle it will slow down the revving til it gets down to bout 500-1000 but die it i go slower? Ive scanned and tested everything? Cam and crank sensors, fuel pressure, ill see what fuel trims read in a bit and get back. Thanks

How do you know? Did you put a vacuum gauge on the intake manifold? What was the reading? A vacuum test can tell you a lot and they are cheap.

05 doesn't have an Idle Air Control Valve, it uses the Electronic Throttle for everything.

Fuel trims aren't active until it goes into closed loop, it should go into closed loop within a min or 2 of startup.

    THIS^^^^^^

I used to tune my carburetor with a vacuum gage.
I even kept one permanently mounted under the hood ('42 Stude had the room) for quick & easy access.

I'm thinking we need to check circuit integrity between the MAF sensor and the PCM, a vacuum leak massive enough to prevent the truck from running unless you are on the throttle typically would be pretty obvious.

With maf unplugged and idleing nice at 1000 rpm vac reads almost 19 very steady if i rev it to 2000 it drops to 15 if i floor rev it and let off it drops to zero and when i let off jumps back to 20 then down to 17
