Hey Connecticut, our everything hurts

Come one come all and welcome! I have only been part of this group since earlier this year and while I have met none of these fine people in person, I can say that this is the best forum group I have ever been a part of (aside from my old Mazdas of New England group in the early 2010s). Maybe the spring will lead to a spring clean meet up where we can power wash all the gunk and crap off of our trucks and do a wrenching day. I always say I will do this with the miata group, but miata groups tend to bring a very diverse group and that is not for the better... Some of the people I have met I would never want near my house

@TOMB how does the f800GS twin weigh only 2# more than the F650GS single. Just when I thought I knew my boundaries.

and to stay on topic - a Uhaul motorcycle trailer with ramp is only $14 to rent which is a heck of a lot easier loading 400# onto than into a jacked up Taco.

Been awake since 4
Going to pain management this morning and hoping for a steroid shot in my SI joint . Last one lasted 10 months . The pain makes it hard to get dressed

 

I've had an issue periodically with my right SI, yeah it sucks Bill. Staying after my piriformis stretching and monthly chiro have helped tremendously. Be well my friend

Anyone have a connection with a service department in the western CT area? My brother has a 2022 4Runner and is having an abnormal noise from the front but is getting flack from the dealer he has it at

Let's say they can't think beyond whatever the code reader says. No applied logic, no curiosity. I bought my first Honda automobile so i wouldn't have to deal with Danbury Toyota Service ever again. I avoided using them for 12 years & finally had to grace their doorstep. So disappointed I changed brands. :-(

 

Slow going but it's progress. Man it was windy today and carrying full size sheets of plywood was super fun.
