Did Toyota Jeff have a traumatic brain injury?
That looks like the perfect truck to drive if you are an exterminator or parts delivery guy for Napa.

I don't care for the bar graph style gauges I prefer round gauges.

I wouldn't hold my breath, I think its just a blip with the take rate on the Gladiator...I don't see it happening with Rangers Tacomas Colorados anytime soon, at least not to that extent.

I think once Jeep cleans out the inventory, they will adjust their production to match demand and you won't see that steep discounting either, but who knows.

Same, don’t like how they did the gauges, seat fabric is cheesy. Do like how utility the back of the cab is, the raised tool box thing is odd…should have a flat floor. And a broken record here, quite unfortunate it is not an access cab, made it less useful. Get irritated when I see the xtra cab. lol!

Maybe I should just buy another 3G ACLB and keep it in storage for when I wear out my ‘21.

Imagine how annoying it would be to have to climb back there to get something out of those storage compartments?

That is a bizarre AC design and seems practically intended to kill the configuration. Is it the same layout on the other trim levels? Different heights for the passenger/driver rear platforms? No seat or backrest cushions? I am confused. My partner really wants at AC/LB Tacoma but I told her no bueno for the 2024. She would need to get a used 3rd Gen instead.

Were any MAX models given out, or only the straight 2.4T models?

I'd love to see someone take the following 4 trucks to an abandoned airfield, line them up abreast, and drop the pedals:

    Gen 2 4.0
    Gen 3 3.5
    Gen 4 2.4 T
    Gen 4 4.4 T hybrid

Drone footage that shit from directly above with an overlaid timer.

So this SR has leveling headlights as well, but no rear defrost and no heated steering wheel vs. the SR5 on TRD Jon's video. I'm sure there are other optional differences, but those jumped out.

I think it was only the 2.4T. Also I am pretty sure we could all guess what that outcome would be.

Looks great for a bare bones 4wd truck. Materials inside though are still pre-production are just right for those that don't like a lot of bling. Great canvas for a mod machine.

Real fucking annoying. Still have my ‘99 that my wife uses, was helping load boxes of books in there the other week, she didn’t want them in the bed because of fear of ruining them since the topper leaks, and thought why in the fuck did they go back to this!? Fucking Sheldon Brown, I tell ya…

And before someone says it is because of side impact crash test, Ford still has clamshell doors on their ‘24 F150.

Wow I really hope the SR actually gets that leather steering wheel in production form. I was assuming the SRs would get the plastic steering wheels like last gen which was one of my only worries about getting an SR trim this time around.

The fabric in my current SR is waaay better than that. Dunno, started to kinda like the 4G, more I see the more I am turned off.

Happen to like the plastic steering wheel, leather gets nasty over time. Especially under my thumb, hands are usually covered in grime.

Oh I definitely respect the functionality of the plastic ones I just prefer leather if given the choice lol. I’m just gonna put some nice Wet Okole covers on the seats anyways so don’t really care about fabric

I wonder if they’re gonna give the off-road the same treatment Chevy gave the trail boss and make it a “lower” trim.
