Yep. I have a Brother B&W laser that doesn't require internet access, doesn't have Wifi/Bluetooth or anything. Just plug it into USB and it works. Every time.

I need to retire and be done with the never ending string of tech bullshit. Pretty sure the method of printing won't change the connectivity issues.

I should have read this before hand. :anonymous:
Quoted, A.I. generated synopsis of the reviews

"Customers have mixed opinions about the ease of use of the printer. They say it's very frustrating, tedious, and difficult to set up. Customers also have issues with connectivity. They differ on quality, print quality, value, speed, ease of installation, and performance."

That being said, i shouldn't have to connect my printer to the internet just so it can speak to the toaster oven, fridge and washing machine in order to print off an invoice so it can earn it's keep.

Shameless post of taking home "Best Rig" at the 4x4Colorado event last weekend. If you’re in the Denver area and need welding/machining hit up my good buddies at Old Sole Fabrication.

Anyone have experience with aftermarket remote start? My wife would like me to add it to her crv, but doesn't want aftermarket alarm. Just remote start.... May be calling car toys but was curious about any experience with one particular brand or another first before whatever their in house deal is....

She can but having Raynaud's syndrome causes extreme discomfort in her hands and feet. I usually step out and do it for her at home but if I'm not around or if she isn't home that solution doesn't work either.

What year is it? This company is plug and play and use the factory key fob... Would be my first choice over any aftermarket system that needs to be spliced in to the harness

We got a remote start for the wife's Highlander that connects to an app on her phone. I believe it's made by accessorides. Plug and play. Not the most expensive thing out there but has served us just fine for a couple years.

New printer is awesome. took ten minutes to setup and all i had to do was plug it in, make the USB connection which was as always a struggle, first one way, then the other, then back to the first way, and it went in.
Hit power, it made noises, laptop flashed a friendly message to please wait while your printer is setup, never even opened the disk.
The flow of printed invoices was music to my ears. Gotta bill daily, not weekly or in a batch or you screw yourself out of a week.
And of course ink is down 50% after all that and the alignment page which i am convinced is a scam to use up the ink.
I can shift into the weekend knowing all is well with my world once again.

Dang with all that printing maybe you should look into laser like someone suggested. Toner is more efficient than ink.

It was more because the ink they send is the starter pack and is prolly down 50% from an off the shelf package to save on cost and get you hooked.
