This control of info from Toyota is so ridiculous. It’s a mass produced truck that anyone will be able to buy in a month or two. It’s not some breakthrough pharmaceutical or secret CIA documents.

I threw this together this morning. Lemme know what all y'all think. I can adjust it based on feedback. It's just for fun.

I asked him on his insta and he said "I guess toyota didn't want us making any long form content from the event "

Skeptical of pricing. I don't think TH (base) is going to be more expensive than Pro. Given the commonality of features, the pricing between the two should be very close. The (standard) Iso seats alone however will probably make the Pro about 1K more than the TH. Seriously doubt TH is replacing the Pro as top of the line model, just look at Toyota's website. Models listed left to right in descending trim levels.

I would assume a dealer adjustment of $5K for most models and $10K for the Pro and Hunter. Just because they can and the got to be first to own buyers will pay it.

I think it depends on what the Trailhunter comes with on the base.

I like TFL's new thing with doing an overview of the previous generations, they did this on the Land Cruiser also.

Land Cruiser 250 series hybrid only (us anyway)

Isn't the two top level trims in the 24 Tacoma Hybrid only of has that not been confirmed?

Pretty sure my dealer (19342 area) is not doing any market adjustments.

Yes, Limited, Pro, and TH are hybrid only.

    Venza is hybrid only too.

I think the fleet Tacoma buyers (pest control, etc.) are still purchase price sensitive, hence the SR with detuned engine and steel wheels.

Meanwhile the fleet Camry buyers (taxis) prefer hybrid for the fuel savings.

It's interesting the LX600 and GX550 are gas-only for now, might be a low-volume thing.

    Do you expect anything less?

All late model Toyotas are ugly, their styling went off the rails years ago. Trying to force myself to like the Tacoma and Tundra…say to myself “well I guess it will grow on me, but yeah at least they’re cheap…errr wait a minute”

I think the current styling is great, progressive, aerodynamics help with fuel milage. In the trucks the boxy angular stuff isn't great but set up better than previous generations but their SUV and car line look great. Especially the new Prius.

I can live with this. It’s way more than I would like to spend. But it’s doable.

Check back in a couple months when they actually have some new trucks to sell.

Are you sure you aren’t on the take? lol! Never say anything bad.

Find them awful. Don’t care for how my 3G looks either, front end is doofy. Only reason I stick around is the supposed reliability. Prefer VW and Volvos styling much better, only if I could get Toyota running gear with either one of those bodies.

Like that with most things, stuff that is wildly popular, I tend not to care for.
