I grew up with the guy on the left, or his twin. He had the jump suits and the 64’ Chevy. Great family, his mother was an amazing cook, didn’t speak a word of English.

I got sucked into a thread in the 2nd gen forum “Taco not recommended by Uhaul to tow car trailer”. Op has a 2wd v6, evidently w/o tow package, and wants to pull a CRV. Doesn’t say if it’s FWD or AWD. Can’t rent a trailer or dolly from Uhaul and thought about flat towing. Darwin is working here. It’ll pull, sure, just don’t try to stop fast.

 

Common sense is not that common, unfortunately

 

TW 50+ thread has been truly a gold mine this morning. I think @Tacoma Mike may have given me the answer as to why all the shit has been happening to me this year. I need to refurbish and polish my (((bowling))) balls!! To think, 56 years old, and I have never had them refurbished. Apparently they are long overdue.

 

I think we have to stop using average (mean) for knowledge and common sense, and instead use median. Me thinks there is a big disparity between the two.

When I golfed, I made sure to wash my balls at each hole, they work better if they are clean and white.
