Lol! Not the first time either, the 22RE turbo was a (what a 2 year?) stop gap until they released the 3.0 V6.

Reliability is a concern, am sure Toyota will get it right. Their turbo diesels are legendary, some had a 500K mile service interval. They are down to 250K now because of emissions, but still pretty good. Majority of buyers get bored and trade in long before that.

 

There was...he mentioned it in the video when he was going over the display. They also said the pricing trims options etc would be at a later date since it was a 2025 model.

 

I prefer the look of full round gauges including speedo, tach, fuel and all auxiliary gauges, which is rare to see.

 

I want to know if those shocks are adjustable. And if not, why tfn.

The Tacoma reveal was designed to keep people from buying Rangers and Colorados. Tactical marketing.

Makes sense to me Toyota would drop the avalon and target older buyers with venza/crown. Ravs and highlanders are not sophisticated or refined enough for some.

Yes. I’m sure revealing the next shiny thing puts some buyers on hold until the truck is available.

Some families or people can’t wait.

I have a friend that wants my truck for his son. I have a good offer for my 4Runner, too.

However, I don’t want to sell anything until Toyota and Lexus reveal prices on all of they stuff I am interested in. If I hold out until the 4Runner breaks cover, that may be quite a long time.

 

On the Pro they are. The twist knob has 2 settings (or 3 settings) similar to the Teraflex Falcon shocks.

I'm not a government regulator but I wonder if selling lots of (unibody) SUVs helps their CAFE. Like balances the mpg of the framed vehicles.

think those are low, my guess is $2-3K higher. All new chassis and engine isn’t going to be cheap.
