Yes, and it doesn't drain over the steering rack motor.

Wonder if 4th gen will get an electric radiator fan. The water pump pulley doesn't have the 4-bolt pattern normally used to attach the fan hub.

Trailer hitch too low as well as spare, needs larger rear access window, hose out interior option, better tire selection, smaller wheel size availability especially on off road specific models 16" and 17", rear link suspension on all trim levels, higher payload capacity, heavy spring option for front and rear, heat pump for HVAC, standard remote start, long travel suspension option.

That is a fairly substantial list. Agree with all of those.

It’s so messy dealing with the cartridge. Also have to remove three pieces of skid plates. I just bought a new housing for the last oil change at around 90K miles. Seems like good insurance to replace it before it gets old and cracks.
My second gen is so nice to change the oil on with the oil filter up on top of the engine. Only takes about 10 minutes.

I did mine for the second time this morning and am on the fence as to whether l will do it again. Its a minor PITA to remove air dam and front skid and my oil filter wrench (Toyota brand cap) loves to get stuck on the plastic oil filter housing. And of course I had a spill at the end.

It's better then the v8 though and also if you don't spool the turbo off the line it isn't as bad . It's a full size though so what does anyone expect especially when toyota said the hybrid wasn't designed for gas savings. Curious though if there are tunes out there that can help with that

Looks are subjective. I’d rather hear about features that are new and different that set the vehicle apart (no matter how small) rather than somebody saying ew glossy fender flares.

It was 1 mpg better than one of the V8s but 2 mpg worse than the other v8. All this complication and expense for that?

I want to know if the air conditioning blows cold when outside temp is above 100F.

They probably could have paired the 10 speed auto to the V8 and improved the MPG.

You can have either improved efficiency with the same power or improved power with the same efficiency.

    Buyers choose the latter.

Did they though if there was no other option?

Ford lets you pick from 4 different powerplants. Plus their hybrid is arguably more useful since you can power your house with it.

Are you sure about that last part?
The previous Tundras were pretty nice trucks. The only complaints I ever heard were the fuel mileage sucks. It’s the reason I never bought one. Now they completely redesign the truck and it’s not much better???

I have seen posts guys getting 20mpg plus and guys getting 15mpg
I think it depends where you live , the gas where you live and how heavy their foot is

Well let's say the mileage is the same as the V6 but the power is a noticeable increase across the board in the 4T and 4T Hybrid? Will that be acceptable?
