You really can't email invoices?

 

Not thru Quickbooks, That has to be saved as pdf, then attached to regular email, which has been working fine, but I don't need the printer for that. It's for the accountant. She prefers paper.

 

Well there's your problem

 

You can 100% email invoices through quickbooks. You can set it to open your email and auto draft it, and it attaches a copy of the invoice along with a link to pay online in the body of the email.

Seriously, what is this 1995? I pretty much refuse to work with paper unless you are like 80 and don't know how to use a computer. And in that case I immediately scan it in and hand it back to you. Might need yourself a new accountant/CPA lol.

Sister in law and she's the same generation as you kids. Paper is king.
I do what I do the way I do it and no one is ever gonna change that.

I have picked up random bagged leaves in the neighborhood to use as mulch or toss in the compost pile

A lady just came by and picked up my 12 bags of leaves for mulch. She crammed them all into her little SUV, I was impressed

 

I just mow/mulch them into the yard. Why work to bag them up and give up free fertilizer...
