I watch Walter Ray Williams almost weekly. He bowls with the public in central Florida and still travels. Great PBA guy and also the World Champion Horseshoe Champion.

Good morning.
Found the Senior center yesterday. They have a pool haul and it's amazing.
I played with 15 balls for a few hours and had a great time.

puddin is all the little scraps of meat,pork skin,and sometimes the liver. cook it down in a cast iron kettle with spices,add some lard and pour in a cake pan. it will form a loaf but come apart when frying it. crisp it up and bam. ponhaus is the same but flour and cornmeal add as a binder so it frys and keeps its shape.it just taste like pork

we are surrounded by wildfires. to the north,west,south. last 2 days have looked like fog with smoke as a low pressure system and clouds hold it on the ground.smells like a campfire.

oh Andy,cut your main cuts off the bones and there is still little pieces of meat on the bones. cut those little pieces off that are too small for anything and toss in the kettle.no waste.do some goggling and that fast food burger is made from some scraps.google pink slime if you never want a 1/4lb’er again

 

we eat everything but the tongue & organs here.

make stock from the joints and all.
