Shop Time w/T.W. Friends

So, by reading my posts and my subtle humor, you know I enjoy a joke or two. After screwing and gluing the bench skirt and bracing last night, I decided to write my customary note on the bottom of the build. I wrote a massive, heartfelt note on the underside of the table. Last night, I decided the note would be more...lighthearted. So, it's hard to read because I had a poor angle to write and my marker was worn, but here it is and yes, the devil made me do it.

Throw it in a vacuum bag and souse vide at your smoker base temp… until it’s tender. 6hours?

 

You are only judged by the number of spare parts left over (that you can’t possibly return…).

 

Actually most of the stuff I have been using was sitting around (in various places) so for the volume of work done I haven't spent all that much thankfully.

 

Back in the attic I happened to notice this old nail - directly over the heat run I have to climb over at the door.

That one could have hurt...

I got these knee pads at Slowes for about $16, what an improvement - I'm still not looking for a job doing flooring however.

 

I have some somewhere that have a hard shell outer and a blue gel inner (like those butt pads). I was in heaven during concrete work. See, you are making progress… you have new tools!

 

I had a few of those where they missed the beam or came out the side… took an oscillator to them. I was going to just use the cutter/dikes, but where’s the fun in that?

 

If you would see some of my machining, you would say "looks great you carpenter." I will stick to what I know lol. Wood.

 

Might should've left that wheelchair ramp where it was, just sayin....
