Square doesn't matter. It's why the rough opening is always a half inch larger than the window case. I've had to shim every window I've ever installed. lol

Opened an Interactive Brokers account the other day. After a quick look at their mobile and PC platforms I can safely say I should have done this 10 years ago. The amount of customization is far greater then any other platform. It's gonna take me a good month to digest it all and get it set up exactly how I want it. First impressions are it's going to be way to complex for a new or even average trader. If you like math and charts it's truly exceptional.

That's part of my discussion tomorrow too. I'm gonna have a transfer switch put in so I can run the house off the generator if needed. I sized it to run just about the whole house. Mostly concerned about keeping the fridges/deep freezers on as well as the HVAC. Plus the circuit for the master bed/bath. Who wants to poop in the dark. Pshh

 

I can easily buy the generator for my needs
But the noise of the generator would be a problem in Karenville

 

I did a bench test where I put my generator in the middle of my driveway and texted my neighbors next to me and across the street if they could hear it. They couldn't. The noise drops off pretty quick once you're away from it. It's loud as fuck if you're standing next to it, but it dissipates pretty quickly.

To be fair, I live in the opposite of karenville though. All my direct neighbors are pretty chill
