Good morning Delaware & the Tri-State Area.

Welcome to Monday...I sometimes call the situations that take place (for medical product demands) "Panic at the Disco".

I am fortunate to have experienced a fast-paced "Ops Tempo" in a Flightline Support arena.

That and learning to pause and take a deep breath before taking action...simple process but still, a trait that can be challenging to maintain.

Good morning Delaware & Tri-State Area.

I took the day off for a couple of reason...

We made an insurance claim on Friday for a leaking water valve in the master bedroom shower. Assessment team came in on Monday and activated a piece of equipment to absorb/dry moisture. This, after our plumber removed the faulty water valve.

Today, the team will return to remove the equipment and await plumber's install of new water valve. Of course, someone needed to be home.

Also, I'll be driving my wife to work this morning and then dropping off her car at the Hyundai dealership for much needed brake job. I'll get a shuttle ride home and wait for the maintenance guys to show up.

It's good to take a break from work considering I will be submitting my resignation letter this week because I received my Offer Letter from new employer.

I'm very excited as is my wife, who already approved purchase of DB Tonneau cover for my Sporty Spice Taco! lol

    Have a great day everyone.

Morning Ed, sounds like a full day of work. Congrats about the new job!

I’m just waiting till next week. I’m taking the entire week off. Have nothing planned. Might take my wife to test drive a pathfinder, 4Runner and grand Highlander if there are any around.

I’ll be through your area tomorrow, going to talk at a school in Georgetown then attend a meeting near Dover.

I’ll have to let you know how things progress tomorrow. I don’t think I’ll be by Dover till late afternoon or early evening.

    Hey Eric!

Today just got away from me.

I'm training my replacement Materials Tech II and things are hoppin'!

He's getting some serious "immersion" training seeing the dynamics of a functioning Cardiovascular Catheterization Lab.

Meanwhile, Ed is trying to get a start date with Boeing after signing my offer letter this week.

Got the Security Clearance & Drug Screening to do before letting company know I'll be leaving soon.

Exciting times...to say the least. Staff is aware of my projected departure so they have mixed feelings but most wish me the best!

    @Dream Weaver

Our youngest daughter graduated from DelTech Georgetown as Vet Tech this year!

Good morning Connor, Delaware & the Tri-State Area.

I'm looking outside with coffee in hand...front yard and back yard...and see more leaves on the grass.

The leaf colors are slowly changing from a brilliant color to faded/dwindled leaves.

Next week is a short week--our youngest & her hubby & Black Lab "Azshara" will be with us for Thanksgiving. :)

oh wow you actually went right to the program i graduated from! i’m an a&p from deltech (graduated 2020), and love it. yes, that is a great program and awesome instructors. you for sure met people who taught me, there’s not many instructors and it’s a fairly small program. what did you talk to them about? there only was snap-on who came to pitch buying tools from them and then some companies to work for after the program (i work at one of those now actually)
