I was thinking about it, but also wondering why it took a 50% price cut lol. People aren’t buying it for a reason

I may grab it just to try. Also came across another local bourbon that I haven’t seen before but that ones is $50

It was really good, I had the sagamore cask strength right before it and I swear it’s the same sourced mash bill but a tad younger than the sag. I would compare again, but I can’t. Thanks for the sample!

I tried a few minutes after getting the email but the pickup date wouldn’t load. I refreshed the page twice and the it said sold out. Probably missed it by a minute.
I also didn’t realize it was $2500 haha

Only 150 bottles, correct? The odds of success were astronomically low. And now you get to use $2500 on…anything else.

I was at BevMo and saw the Four Roses taste set - 10 airline bottles, 1 of each recipe. I always wanted to try them so I was interested in it, but there wasn't a price tag. I figured about $40, but if it was $50 bucks I'd pay it. Went to the register and asked the price - $130! That was a hard No. After tax it would be around $145. Maybe I'm missing something, but that seems very high.

Definitely on the expensive side, but probably the only chance you would have to try all the recipes. Single barrel barrel strength bottles are hard to come by these days. A single bottle is usually $100+

True, they are 104 proof. The single barrels are typically 115-125
