Up here, everything outside is everyone's favorite word, 'moist'. Overcast, wet leaves not amenable to suction :annoyed:

I think we're one of the few places not in drought at this point..

Good luck for all looking for some rain

I left a faint reminder of the witness Mark's from the planer and this was apparently a top or bottom board as it had metal band marks. I like the character it gives and it should complement the table. I hate trying to make matching stuff. Complementary is better in my head.
If you have any questions on how I stain and get it to look like it does, just ask. Thanks for reading and next pics will be fully assembled with the correct number of coats of polyurethane.

Ever use the water based polyurethane? I love using it and so much faster!

Good morning friends! Have a blessed day :hattip:

Got the scale tractor running yesterday, first time in 10 years. This is the 1st time the kids have ever driven it. I started building it 20+ years ago, guess I need to finish it and paint it.

Then got some help and finished the hand rail and closed the steps in. Got to pressure wash and stain the porch now.

Is the steering mechanism an underground valve extension handle?

Do not read !!unless your brave Just thinking out loud and venting

i have been thinking will I ever lose enough weight to get my hip and knees fixed? I had to visit 2 Doctors to find out I need to get my weight down to what I weighed at 16 about 210. Wishful thinking I think so more every day.

Will I ever find a helper that does not insist they need at least $20.00/hr to do the walking to and from .

Just start selling all the tools and equipment there is enough for someone to have a real good start in fabrication anyone serious lets talk.

which would be a major pain even doing that

If I had ever found a good helper which I did but His Family moved to North Carolina many years ago. Before I sold the property I would have given them the property.

Sort of waiting to see 2024 Gas prices come down I could spend months just visiting friends.

I always wanted to drive to North of the Brooks Range
