I usually charge big money for this but you've been a pretty decent feller (so far )....so this one is on the house.
That being said; I really don't want my phone blowing up or people banging on my door begging for sum free fotoshop....it aint gonna happen.

I’m brave enough… I also did what you’re suggesting. This is what my post cardiac rehab told me… “at what weight were you happiest in life? Strive for that.” It is possible and it’s not insurmountable. You will need to dedicate at least 30 minutes 3 times a week. It will take a while, but it’s wholly possible.
