Hello, everyone. Posted in here once before(when I first got my truck) and lurk pretty much daily. This site has taught me so much and I really appreciate everyone’s awesome advice and this community. Please forgive me if this is the wrong section to post this and let me know if it is. I am new to Tacomas and still learning so all the help I can get is really appreciated.

I just had to share with everyone how much of a difference my new tires made on the truck. I had the stock Goodyears on it. I debated for a while. I thought about going with 33” but from everything I read they would rub. I didn’t really care to get more of a lift.

From what I understand 2021 TRD pros come with a 1.5” lift in the front and a 0.5” lift in the rear(correct me if I’m wrong). I have thought about a lift before but I have heard it’s better to keep it stock. I may be wrong with that as well because I hear a lot of different opinions on here.

Anyway I went with the Cooper Discover Rugged Trek 265/70R16 and I love them! They feel really nice, look nice, and made my truck sit up a little more. Couldn’t be more happy. Plus I couldn’t go bigger because my wheels are 16” and that’s the only size tire that particular Cooper tire makes for 16” wheels.

Just had to show everyone how much of a difference it made on the truck. Next is a front and rear bumper when I get my Christmas bonus. I will probably have a lot of questions when that time comes. I’m going to try to start posting and contributing more. I hope everyone have a wonderful Thanksgiving week coming up! Thank you for all the information!

Even though it is the same size as the OEM , it does look taller and more aggressive.
    Looks awesome!!!

With those planned heavy bumpers, you’ll eventually need to modify the suspension too .

Thanks for the advice. So the Fox suspension that comes with the TRD Pro won’t work?

Of course it will work but it will sag a bit.

Those look good bro. I replaced my OEM's with Wildpeaks - same stock size but they look better/bigger/beefier and feel great.

Took them into Monument Valley and was damn glad I had 'em on.

What mileage did you replace the goodyears? I treat mines like trash as an excuse to replace them sooner lol.
