Let's See Your Dogs!!

Yeah, a lot of times movies/tv shows do harm to certain breeds...especially high energy working breeds. They popularize them to the masses and don't show the facts behind the breed, like with 101 Dalmations...after that came out I remember shelters had a huge influx of Dalmations being dropped off because parents realized they weren't, in fact, very good with kids like Disney portrayed.

Disney has done several shows featuring the Husky breed....Huskies are extremely friendly but incredibly stubborn. When we were looking for our dog at shelters, Huskies were probably the 2nd or 3rd most common breed we saw in each full facility behind Pits and pit mixes. People think they're so cute on social media but don't research what it's like to live with one.

of course we ended up adopting one lol. He keeps me active though

Welp were home. Male vet. tech came in with vaccines Malli growled at him, they were like can we do this? I chuckled said yes lets do the Bordetella in the nose 1st. then shot in left hip.

 

We don’t deserve dogs but they’re in our lives anyways.

 

For sure. I was so fortunate to be able to bring my girl to work daily with me for eight years. We developed an unmistakable communication. Now she lives with my Mom a few miles away in the lavish throws of early retirement.

Ha! Sully in the pic above could go 2 feet deep and 2 feet wide in 2 minutes. My Dusty dog is a chewer and took the legs off the coffee table before we noticed.

Sweet, Sweet Boy "Santino" You are missed greatly. He went everywhere with us. Daily rides in my Tacoma and 2 walks a day when he was healthy. A real Momma's Boy
