learn the pen tool in illustrator

or if that's too much time, this works well enough most of the time play with the settings until it gets closest and clean up the extraneous in photoshop or illustrator with the eraser.

I don't have any software installed for photo editing, etc.

And yeah picsvg is nice as that's what I used for Biscuit's photo but it's not smart enough to figure out certain geometries so it fails in many areas.

I need to learn me some editing.

I guess so, maybe they're based on two different stories though from the same time period unless one of them changed the names of the characters. Wasn't Balto an animated movie? I think I might have seen that when I was 8 or 9
