I agree...those are just begging to be all scratched up. Folks buying the Pros better be prepared to add some PPF

Looks like electric radiator fan for sure. No bolt holes on the water pump pulley to mount a fan clutch. Also looks like they addressed the smoking on inclines issue with the 2GR.

Well that seals the deal, I'm changing my mind to a no on the 4G since the engine has commercial grade turbos and parts, years of torture testing, V8 cooling system on a 4cyl, multi angle oil starvation tests, all with almost double the power of previous gen engines, lower emissions and better fuel mileage...WHAT A PIECE OF JUNK!!! How could anyone want that. Losers!

Looks like I guessed right! :D
Not that it mattered, thought you were holding out for a BEV Taco anyways… :p

Is “commercial grade” the same as Ford’s “military grade”??? ;)

Love these videos with Sheldon, hearing some of the technical answers from an engineer and not meaningless marketing buzzwords is what I like.

^Looks to be just under the hubs at the deepest point, so probably 10 in. The steering rack and parking brake actuators are probably on borrowed time :stirthepot:

I'm actually quite pleased with the look of the new interior. I was never a fan of the 3rd Gen interior. I always thought it looked so old.

That is what I like about the 3rd Gen, the dash is a modern interpretation of the original HiLux trucks. Kinda a sucker for nostalgia. The armrest on the door panels is a little doofy looking though. Can’t say I am fan of the 4G interior or exterior, do think the chassis and drive train is a major improvement.

    Just the basics
I agree. The 3rd gen interior is the best so far. 4th gen is obnoxious and doesn't flow IMO.
