I like it, I think I like it more than the 12yr. Really smooth, oak stands out, but I get some of the darker sweetness on it as well - not a lot, but balanced. It’s a nice bottle to have!

 

I could've sworn 169 was MSRP for Knob 18?

 

Is it? I was going off the booz app which who knows how totally accurate or up to date it might be.

 

Which app is that? I always find it a struggle to determine what MSRP should be.

Awesome thanks. I've been using some of the online retailers to compare, but that is a PIA and doesn't really give you what the MSRP is supposed to be.

 

The App has a suggested retail price, a “fair” price and a shelf price

 

That app can be a little off at times. You can always go to the Virginia ABC website and search for stuff there since it’s state run here and everything is listed at msrp. Although we don’t necessarily get every type of bottle.

3 bottles I received this weekend for my birthday. They're all very good but this mezcal anejo is amazing! Normally don't care for Woodford Reserve but this Distiller's Select at 45% is really good! Elijah Craig Toasted Barrel has a very nice bite to it, it's great as well.

 

Bottle Kill Monday….starting off vacation this bottle got better later in life.

 

Curious on how you came up with your prices. These seem a bit steeper than most prices I’m seeing on secondary markets

 

Saw all of these in NJ today cheaper, even though they were higher than MSRP

 

Why is KC18 so sought after? It’s overpriced, overoaked, and underproofed.

 

lol agree with most of this but I like oak, most do not, proof and price though, not a fan

 

I’d take a knob creek barrel pick for half the price all day everyday
