Hey guys I'm new to TW but in need of help to figure out what's going on with blower motor.

To start its a 2009 taco (2nd gen) and can't figure out why my connector to my blower motor keeps burning. I have replaced the blower motor and connector 6-7 months ago due to the same issue. Where I had the blower motor completely sh!t the bed and the connector was smoking abunch. So the last week or so i noticed the blower motor made a squeaking noise when on but also cuts in and out. So I decided today to check out the connector to see if it was loose and that's when I noticed that the connector has been burnt again! I dont want to keep running the heat if its going to catch fire or somthing. Looking for all the help I could get since it is snowing where I am.
    Thanks
