Some weirdos here will complain even if it gets better Mpgs. But i say same or 1-5% increase from current.

Did the work in two days, sounds like they grossly inflated the price. Probably because it is a Rivian and assume the owner is clueless.

Why didn’t they use a stud gun if the panel had limited access?

I agree, but if it was easy then everyone would be doing it. I think you would be giving up a lot in order to get that.

    It’s market segmentation.

My 3G gets 2-3 mpg better than my old truck, it could (should) be more. Would be great if these trucks fetched 30+. There amazingly is an easy way, the tech already exists, but people get their panties in a twist if it is mentioned.

Serious question, how can a Tacoma get 30 when a Maverick with AWD can't? I would think BOF v Unibody would lower efficiency versus the tech of the Ford.

Based on recent focus group feedback, Toyota Marketing may request that you edit “looks like the Colorado Bison”, to be replaced with the words, “most ruggedly handsome, appealing truck ever, within the 18-34 demographic”.

Suggestions for your future opinions will be provided in further direct marketing email campaigns from Toyota….

Diesel, which already has been discussed to great depths in several threads.

Half ton diesel Silverado, that is heavier can do it no problem, with all the torques too.

Having owned both a Colorado ZR2 Duramax and a Silverado Duramax I loved each equally, but preferred the towing capability of the Silverado.

There you go, so you should know. Why Toyota can’t do the same will forever remain one of life’s mysteries. They have a CARB compliant engine already.

Well I mean.. the 3.0L is better, but we’ll never see that beast in a midsize. It would destroy their market segment. Honestly surprised we got the 2.7T high output tune.
