Im soing some research on tires in a 305/65/17
And am having a hard time finding a great tire for snow and wet traction....

I have owned the BFG AT's before and they didnt do that great in the snow. So im trying to find a better tire. There is MT ATZ's, and the ProComp AT's, but not sure about those.....

Any help on this would be greatly helpful to me and other members looking for a good AT in a 305.... Thanks!:D

Excuse him for not doing research for someone else. He offered a good tire suggestion, not realizing it didn't come in a 305.

305 anything won't be great in the snow. That's such a wide contact patch it will spread the load over a broad area. We run snow tires here in Maine (even on trucks) your best bet might be to get a second set of wheels and tires. Good luck. Dick. Haha. Jk.

well it looks like the MT ATZ's get some great reviews as far traction and tread wear and road noise.... And they weight less then the BFG AT's.
So it looks like my next tire might be the ATZ in a 305/65. :)

Oh and this tire measure out to be a 32.7x12.......
