All those specs are this gen, the top part is the 4th gen, the post included color, its just the old template but a new allocation, why would anyone make this up, theres a video post a few posts back of a sales manager showing allocations and most of them to the midwest region, similar as this, old specs, no color tiles but colors listed, etc. Not sure why people here are so admant with certain things just because of some trivial print on a sheet. Top part shows the 8AT, no MPG estimate, etc.

This, but apparently a hard concept for some to grasp, the allocations however are trickling in.

He’s been with Toyota over 10 years and was a PM on the electric RAV. I would imagine he makes good money.

Not hard to grasp, just such an easy thing to fake for internet clout. Messing up something stupid that should be easy to lie about and fake gets some of us very defensive to what we are seeing due to the current timeline we are living in.

If more people were stopping to question what they saw or heard on the internet and TV, society might be in a far different, better place. Some of us are just tired and default to "doubt".

Lie vs. Toyota being lazy is weirdly a difficult decision to decipher nowadays lol.

So I have been ripping around in a prius loner from my dealership while the truck bed is fixed. Hybrid is where it's at. The instant torque off the line is amazing!!

Well, he did want to put a diesel in the Tundra, but got overruled by corporate.

    But yeah…

Liked it better when Toyota did their own thing and not chase the Big 3.

Was not impressed with my aunt’s Prius C. Gotta really ring the hamster’s neck to get it moving, it is kinda low on the totem pole though, roller skate of a car.

    mpg was stellar though.

Back when he was showing off the new 3rd Gen he kept saying the only thing he carried over from the 2nd Gen was a Seatbelt Buckle, lol.

Why would a sales manager make a post to get clout? It was questioned and whats more feasible, multiple sales managers stating that allocations are coming in and one posting his allocation but Toyota still updating the standard spec sheet template as we are just now getting the ball rolling for production and offering it up for deposit or someone faking a spec sheet and posting it on the internet but also forgeting to edit the specs and doing a spurb job of editing said document to look real.

Yeah think the hybrid Tacoma will be no slouch. It is gonna cost ya though!

Was pricing out if I were to buy my exact truck today compared to 2 years ago. Would cost me $5-6K more. So around $45-46K OTD. Guess a hybrid Taco will be pushing $60K OTD easy.

That company is all kinds of sketchy and doesn’t even have a functional prototype so every spec and price is just made up bs
