    I’ve had to get a cortisone shot in my SI joint years ago….. it was AMAZING!!! Woke up the next day with no pain!!!

    i’m still nursing mine from six months ago, when Dozer got me, but with my eye condition, I can’t or shouldn’t have steroids. My eye has done well for several years now and I’m half tempted to go get one! But…… I’d rather have this pain in my hip then get more shots in my eyeball!

    I had bleeding behind the retina from 2 spots. I had to get shot in my eye for a month for about a year. I think it was maybe longer the condition is stable so I don’t have to get them anymore but I do have to have it checked every year.

    Steroids are not good for the eye condition. It can make it get worse or make it come back, and I do not want to risk that.

    I don’t know what the shot was in the eye, but it was not a steroid. And steroids are not good for the eye condition I had…. Steroids of any kind could make the eye condition worse.
