    Good morning and a Happy Thanksgiving. Yesterday's brisket cook was 16 hours long. Wrapped the brisket at hour 9 and put it in a Styrofoam cooler at 11:30 last night. On to the rest of the dinner this morning. Pic before wrapping in butcher paper.
