Still can't find where the noise is at other than its in the back seat and maybe behind the panel where the Sub W is. Any videos of how to disassemble this section of the interior?

    Clark…. Where’s the dog?

Seriously, though, check under the truck and look between the cab and the bed. Anything loose (wiring harness, baffle material, foreign objects, etc.) that could flutter or vibrate and be causing the noise? Maybe a loose cab or bed mount.

You have leather seats or seat covers? My passenger seat rubs the center console armrest at times making a faint squeak.

Leather and it's got a metallic sound along with it. Need to park on a vibrating surface an try and find it.

Unfortunately, this is probably a “process of elimination” type of problem. Keep removing things until you find the source. And for this, YouTube is your friend. Someone somewhere has done it before, and made a video for you:

Temporarily cover it with plastic and seal it with tape and see if it goes away. If it does, you're on the right track.

Ever pick up a date when the interior of your car is lined in painter's plastic?

Eh, you just explain to your date that your last date didn't go well but she won't be bothering anyone any more. Then you tell her the truth and sit back and see what happens. You'll know really soon if she has a sense of humor.

Is it possibly the seat belt on the back seat. If mine is out of the plastic holder, a long the door between the seat back, the belt buckle will tap against the door while I'm driving at slow speeds. My lady always makes me stop so she can set it back in the holder to keep it from rattling.
