I’m considering purchasing the 10 year 125k mile vehicle service agreement(platinum warranty). Anyone have this specific warranty through Toyota and how much did you pay. I understand I have until 3 years 36k miles to decide and price it out but I’m just trying to get some ideas. My trucks brand new with 1k miles on it.

Yes. Bought it from Jerry Johnson. you'll find the thread above with all his contact info. You won't find one cheaper than him.

so the key point is the warranty gets more expensive the closer you get to three years 36,000 miles.

I bought mine from Jerry Johnson, back in March, 10 year, 125k, platinum zero deductible 1795

the key is buy it now because if you wait he may not be available to do these deals. years ago Toyota put a stop to these but this guy surfaced a while back. i have bought two from a lexus dealer that no longer does this. also it does not matter when you buy it, it is basically 7 years added on to the 3 year 36K mile warranty from toyota. so buying it on the last day of the 3rd year of the toyota warranty will not get you 10 more years but 7years.
the last one i got was for my 2016, 8/75, and used it with 2 months left on it to replace the coolant crossover pipe.

Keep in mind you are actually buying 7/89 which added to your 3/36 to adds up to the 10/125.

If you are going to buy, just make sure it's a genuine Toyota product. Aftermarket policies, which even many dealers offer, have too many escape classes for the carrier.

I believe Platinum indicates coverage of vehicle not necessarily time. A Silver would be powertrain coverage and gold may include some electrical. Whereas Platinum is very similar to a new car warranty.

I emailed Jerry and he quoted me $1795 for 10 years 125k miles platinum coverage. The dealer I purchased my truck
From wanted $4k for this same coverage that’s why I declined at signing

They all do something trying to pork you. Mine started at $3500 if I remember right. Then he started to go down. Me, no no no no as he kept dropping the price. He gave up around $2300. Wouldn't match it even after showing him my emails with Jerry. That's a pretty good commission of $500-2k off people for printing a piece of paper.
