I ordered a TRD skid plate for my 23 OR and am kind of confused about the mounting hardware. I researched hardware kit on here and Google and the results were:
    It comes with hardware attached,
reuse old hardware and few longer bolts and spacers are needed.
So, for those that did the swap what exactly did you use?
    Thanks!

Nice little detail is the that the bolts are captured. I had to remove mine to replace the front diff fluids and found that the middle 2 bolts are tricky to get started until the front and rears are threaded in. I thought I had cross threaded something initially.

If you bought it online and having it shipped via UPS or FedEx do not be surprised if any bolts or spacers are missing.
