I live in Maine/New Hampshire, and I've never bought nice wiper blades, but after all this snow and ice I've realized how shitty my stock wiper blades were. Time for an upgrade, any suggestions?

I imagine most of these I can find at like VIP, maybe even a place such as walmart? What length are you 2nd gen'ers running?

Yeah well I hate wal-mart but there aren't any chain automotive part stores around me. I guess I'm lying because we have Napa, I will be going there tomorrow before work. How hard at they to swap, on my old chevy k1500 it was a simple latch to remove the wiper...

I had the icons as well. They were nice but they were so expensive. I looked at consumer reports and they recommend going with the rain-x and the anco because they work as well as the pricier models. Almost all the blades needed to be replaced after 6 months of use. Next time I buy some I will go for the rain-x blades.

Anco Winter blades is what's on my tacoma once the snow starts to fly here in VT. You can buy em at auto parts store but Wal Mart has the best price unfortunately. Its the way of the world

These blades work great. Ice does not build up in or on the blade at all. My experience is the open blades fill with snow and ice then you gotta smack the snot out of them. Pain in the a$$.

Also I keep a spare set in the truck (since wally world is so cheap) just in case one starts acting up.
