I have been looking for these rims for the last six months on marketplace and forgot about this sale. I pulled the trigger and ordered a set for around the same price as used. Quick question, can I use my 17 SR5 Tpms's or what would be the right part number as I see they list 2 part numbers? Thanks

Nah, I know people that have and they just tack on extra costs. I have either called a delaer to see if they do or gone through the dealer website to order. I did order exhaust and it shipped to my house but that was a nightmare because of the import duties.

 

Same, I usually order through sparksparts (fast and fair) but these dealer auto parts stores aren’t giving the deep discounts unless you order through their site, which isn’t possible as there is no pulldown for APO addresses. I am ordering some cali sliders through @GuildOutfitters (who I highly recommend by the way) though so in all honesty I really don’t need to be spending anymore $ beyond that. Hahaa =)

 

Which bronze wheels did you order? I'm having a tough time finding Trail Edition wheels from the dealers right now

 

Would you post the part number or link for the trail edition wheels you got please? I'm having an unreasonably difficult time finding them.

I went with the 40th anniversary bronze wheels as above in the link, but for a silver second generation. Currently have the bronze TRD beadlock rims on the truck and have been very pleased with them.

I bought my set of trd wheels from them same time last year. It took them till the new year to ship and also wanted to cancel the order without calling or emailing me. After multiple follow ups, they told me that the only way for them to ship it out is if I am ok with no returns due to damages from shipment. As I could not get the same BF deal I elected to proceed and take the risk. In the end packaging on the wheels were non existent (eventhough they said they packaged it well) and the wheels came in damaged. Hopefully you have better luck.
Oh they also messed up my trunk lock for the tundra ones instead and I had to return it back to them. Needless to say I won’t recommend them and this year trying another dealer.

 

Did they offer to make it right on anything? Or were you able to talk to Toyota to get some restitution?

Thats good. I hadn't used Sparks Parts before because I found their shipping pricey-er for when I ordered the LED headlights. Dang you're getting sliders sent up here?? I figured they'd def be too heavy. Congrats

 

So do you need the hardware kit for the skid plate?…


Re-read thread, sounds like the skid plate comes with mounting hardware.

 

Good to know, if there is another source for OEM with BF deals, I'm open to revising the order.

 

Ya if they split the shipment they are under the 70 lb limit per slider, but shipping is $150 instead of free. Lol I still think it’s a fair deal. Im ok to say I really want the sliders here to hopefully help prevent door dings ( that’s what my selling point to the wifey was anyway) since most cars here are small. =)
