if that harness works, than the standard 1986-to-present toyota harness will work, with the standard and well-documented pin-out.

i was under the impression from your post that your radio is fundamentally different somehow from other toyota radios.

 

So the 2023 NON-Jbl I believe is a clone of the Corolla 2018+
I know that the 2020+ Non-JBL 8" entune is the one that migrated the speaker outs to a separate connector with more intuitive layout.

SO with this in hand you can see R51 is the speakers...
and R48 is the other connector on this harness...
R48-1 is the universal ground used for nearly everything...
R48- 15 is the ACC power that is controlled by ignition?
LOOKING for help on this one...Reading the pin out...

DOES this mean that this is the correct wire to tap for 12v power for the Power Pack amp...I THINK it's only on when the acc/ignition is on...
And even so, if the amp is set to only power on with speaker voltage signal (as the Alpine power pack is) this means that the power wouldn't matter as long as it IS a fused 12v...witch is more than adequate if I read this correctly.

that Pin 15 was used for Cam power successfully...with harness cut and taps on the factory wiring.

 

I was going to say-- if power and ground, even an additional switched power are all that's needed, add-a-fuses would be just as easy, easier in some ways, as testing can be more quickly accomplished.

And ground just needs to go to any of the numerous factory grounding points in the truck

 

yes...I could ad a dedicated power/ground
The red wolf speaker harness was $10 on sale..
The cheapest "add an amp" power and grounding cable kit was $20
The new battery add a connection post was $20...
So I'm at $50 parts to "just add a power/ground"
So for $10 more I eliminate all the labor of adding a post to the + of the battery, running through a grommet, finding a ground etc...
I was trying to figure out the bang for your buck easiest method...for others as well...

 

just be really careful with the ultra-cheap amp wiring harnesses. many become cheap by using CCA wire, which is Copper Coated Aluminum wire. it works, but comes with a ton of constraints and considerations that pure copper kits don't have.

I might even rewire it as having the male/female pass through is the key...It's probably crap aluminum wire.
