I never understood why science can clone sheep and presumably humans if they wanted, but can’t create a hybrid that makes grass as indestructible and widespread as weeds.

Good morning all, hope everyone had a nice Thanksgiving weekend and didn't end up in the drunk tank or hospital!

 

I found a ring beside the sidewalk when I took the pup for a walk. It never occurred to me that I might want a tiny crescent wrench wrapped around my finger

 

I'm still on the hunt for a new job. This weekend, I looked at my recent employer to see what other I.T. jobs they may have open, and I found they have a newly posted req open for a new Major Incident Manager, based in Colombia (South America). So this means one of two things: 1) They found out after they shit canned me that they really did need me, but decided they just don't wanna pay for my expertise so they are hiring someone in a very low income region to fill that gap; or 2) my former team mate that was based in Bogota, Colombia left the company for whatever reason and they are replacing him. Made me chuckle a little to see that req posted.

 

That crap is like a rock in my gut if I eat it

 

And I don't even live in the hillbilly part of the state!!
But someday I will!!

More and more, I am thinkin' about startin' to hunt the rabbits in my yard - I can hit them with an air rifle from the house safely and they are tasty. The house is perfect cover - the rabbits and the deer come right up by it and don't get spooked when there is noise or motion inside.

Hell yeah!
