I watched the video and could not hear any squeaks, per se.

If you suspect the noise is coming from the belts, for diagnostic purposes you could spray on some belt dressing and see if the noise goes away or changes. Permatex makes such a spray, as does Toyota.

The Toyota Belt Dressing is called by that name, and the part number is 00289-1BD00 and the Permatex item is called "Belt Dressing and Conditioner."

Thank you for the tips, but I can hear that noise clearly in the video :)

Is the belt tension on a 2005 tacoma v6 self adjusting or we have to manually adjust the tensioner?

The belt tension on the second gen Tacoma V6 is self adjusting, by means of the tensioner pulley.

I can clearly hear the "squeak". Not a squeak really, more like a repetitive, short "swoop / swoosh" sound repeating about once or twice per second.

It sounds serpentine-belt-related to me, 0.5 to .75 seconds seems about how long it takes the serp belt to make a full pass through all the pulleys. Maybe check the serp belt for damage?

Thank you for helping me out about the "swoop/swoosh" repeating sound. I didn't know how to describe that :). Yes I will check out the serp belt.

Might be a bit of a challenge since the belt is long & much of it is hidden at any given position, wrapped around various pulleys etc.

Use a ratchet or breaker bar with the appropriate socket to slowly rotate the crankshaft by hand to inspect all of the serp. belt inch by inch.

(Set the emergency brake, chock the tires. Put transmission in NEUTRAL. Engine turned OFF, key REMOVED from ignition. For absolute fail-safe, also disconnect the negative battery terminal.)

Crankshaft rotation is CLOCKWISE when you are standing in front of the vehicle, facing the engine bay.

You can then take it one step further if you’re able to, you can remove the belt and run the engine to see if the noise is gone, if so start spinning the pulleys to find the bad one(s).

If you run with no serp. belt installed, water pump is not driven and there is zero coolant flow.

Don't run it for very long. Not sure how fast heat builds up in an idling engine with no coolant flow. I wouldn't run it longer than 30 seconds or so with 5 minute cool-down intervals between if doing it multiple times.

Correct shouldn’t take long to start and and see if the noise is gone and shut it off.

If I want to replace the Serpentine belt, should I get an OEM belt or is there an aftermarket one that is just as good and cost less?

Toyota does not manufacture serpentine belts. Most of these belts are all manufactured by one of the major rubber companies. Any good quality belt will perform as well, without the Toyota label that is imprinted on it. AC Delco or Gates brand belts are highly rated.

BTW, a gentleman named Jim Vance invented the serpentine belt while working for the Gates Rubber Company in the late 70's.
