I tried going into 4 wheel lo , didn't happen, dash lights flashing.
It will go into 4 wheel high and out of 4 wheel high .
Once I go into 4 wheel low I have to turn off the engine and back on to get it to go back to 4 wheel high. I'm guessing the problem is the transfer case actuator.
    Any ideas?
    Thanks

Yes most likely front differential actuator.

Check your limit switch voltages as outlined in the thread @GilbertOz posted above and post your results so we can see which actuator or wiring needs to be checked further, anything else is just a guess.

When it's stuck, I seem to get mine in 4Lo by turning the steering wheel a little to the left or right while in neutral. It might line everything up so gears aren't pinching each other. I also had all my driveline fluids replaced and it works a ton better after that. I also test 4Lo and rear locker it about once a month in the school parking lot while driving straight. I think it keeps it working.

Also check your 2 breather hoses front and rear actuators.

Turning the wheels left and right wont help. Neither will checking the breathers.
If turning the wheels helps. Its either a coincidence or you have a different problem.
4 Low is all done inside the transfer case.

As posted, check the voltages in the link above.

well after working the controls and driving everything is working again.
The truck has been setting with minimal driving for the last few years so it may have just needed some exercise to get it going again.
    Thanks everyone

Most likely has moisture or rust on electrical connections

Still wouldn't be a bad idea to check the vent hoses on the actuators.
