I agree. The supercharger makes this truck perfect. No. I'm in Seattle Washington. So cal would be nice. Warm enough to put some of these parts I bought on it.

Back in may 2016 I bought my 2005 DCLB v6 pre runner SR5 w/ 140k miles for $11,500 off of craigslist.
I've had it almost two years now and it runs perfectly, I love it.



I've made some upgrades, here is how it looks now.

Started this thread over 9 years ago, and today I sold this beauty for $30,000 even. 9 years and 105,500 miles and got $2,879 less than I paid new. It was an incredible truck and will be missed.

 

I just sold mine too! I paid $32,500 out the door for my 2015 access cab and just sold it for $21,000 after putting on 150,000 miles. Man, what a great truck.

 

Congrats. Yeah dude, I’m not gonna lie. I’m kinda emotional over it. That truck was the best vehicle I’d owned. What did you replace it with?

 

2015 DCSB TRD OFF Road, With Military Rebate and USAA financing at 0.99 % for 4 years was 29,600 out the door, paid it off early in just 2.5 years

Sounds like a cool rig! I totally agree on not buying something new, I’ve got 180k miles on mine, original owner, and it still drives like new. I’ll probably be driving this thing into my 60s haha !

 

2021 Tundra with only 14,500 miles on it! I had a baby boy in August and that made my Tacoma too small.
