    Good morning everyone. I stayed home today, I woke up at 3am with painful cramps and bloating, a few quick pitstops ensued and now everything seems to be ok. I started thinking about it because the bloating was getting worse over the past few days. On Monday I made a salad kit that was on the edge of becoming Kimchi, I ate it anyway because I hate throwing away food and it *sorta* passed the sniff test. :facepalm:

    Good luck with the potential new place, it sounds like you need to be out of the current place because of the mold, even if the sale fell apart for the landlords.

    Well back and the crane worked great. Almost pulled the bed of the truck out but who GAF. The support angle Iron they sent sucked (which I knew) but this was a one and done deal for me. In the Spring it will become a cherry picker with legs and wheels. Cheaper than buying one.

    My Dad (84) still goes into his office and either to our hunting property or the sportsman’s club to shoot 5-6 days per week. When he’s home during the day, which is rare, he’s locked in his cave reloading or reading. Anything more than 8 hours together per day, enters my parents into dangerous territory.

    Just got back home from another PT visit that consisted of more balance and coordination exercises . My PT said I did well on all these exercises which made me feel good . Now I'm thinking nap time after a nice lunch
