I've found the weakest point is always the funding accounts.

Another project off the list! Extended these 9" and sleeved the joints. I'll worry about an added attachment point after we get them fit up. Shouldn't need it, they are pretty solid and will be welded on.

 

My weakest point is just above my shoulders.

 

I would add a little leg between the the inner and outer main tubes

Would probably help, they are .120 wall, I ran the sleeve the full length of the addition with 3" over each side (15" sleeve 9" add). Wouldn't hurt
