Headlights arrived. Not a scratch on either box (surprisingly)

No shipping notification on bed rail covers or brake parts yet. Sure it will take a few weeks with the volume of orders they got

 

lucky, they put all my parts in one larger box. The rotors pretty much mangled all the boxes that had the spark plugs. Not that it’s much of a problem. Those spark plug boxes are paper thin

 

Yeah I purposely did not buy rotors. I knew that would be an issue. Ill just purchase them locally (if I even need them)

 

Is that the PRO or Trail version (gray vs bronze letters)?

Damn that's not bad! A while back I checked and it was $300+, only the Trail one was in that price range

 

I checked a few dealers to find the lowest price, some were just dumb expensive for some reason.

 

My tailgate lock came today from Lewis and it only had the wire harness and a bunch of zip ties, no actuator

It looks like the box had been opened at their shop, or possibly just re-used since there was a sticker over the tape that re-sealed it, see pic below. Every other one of these I’ve seen from people posting theirs have come in a sealed plastic bag. This was just loose in the box. Further, it's kinda dirty making it seem like this one had been installed or used before. Not super happy about this. I called and they had me send these pics to them. We'll see if they can send me a new (complete) one or at the very least provide me a refund even though I do still want the part!

That's how my steering rack arrived with the lines dangled outside the box. No damage fortunately.

 

Headlights arrived unscathed.

 

I actually placed two orders because I wanted the tailgate lock for my truck, but then when I told my wife about the sale, she wanted a cargo mat for her van. As my last post mentioned, my tailgate lock came with no actuator (and looking very used). My second order was confirmed and invoiced, but I don't have a tracking number on it. I have a feeling that I won't be hearing much at all for a while given how many orders another person said they had. I did want to install my tailgate lock this weekend with a bit of "warm" temps headed my way, but it isn't really urgent and at this point I'd rather they just take their time and deliver complete, undamaged/unused stuff at their convenience.

 

Same for me. No word on either order. I ordered on the 21st.

someone posted that they got over 1,000 orders. Someone else said they ordered from them last year and it took over a month to ship. I’m guessing it’ll be a while. Ok by me, as long as everything comes complete and intact….

 

I ordered from Lewis too. I also placed 2 separate orders. The charges for the second order posted to my account, however the first order showed as pending, then reversed, so I'm guessing I won't be getting that one. No notification about either order other than original order confirmation.
