Metal heads can be highly opinionated, no thanks.

I have one opinion sticker, and if you can read it, you were pretty much set on doing damage anyway.

We’re not going to talk about his gaudy Fuel wheels adding $30k to the price of that truck!?

If your very next post hadn’t mentioned customs from 125 years ago someone may have thought you were seriously born yesterday

isn't it cheaper and safer to leave your vehicle at home
and take an Uber to the airport or something
last time I checked this it was like $200/week parking, or per trip Uber $50 ~1hr

    airport parking
thief walks in or drives in
    automated
    doesn't sound very secure

$120k, GPS tracking, and no killswitch, functional immobilizer, or anything like that huh

I had a 240sx stolen and recovered in tj by progressive months later, stripped of parts. I would have preferred they just left it there

Speaking of which… if you ever get the chance to ride in the back of a packed Pulsar NX with a dog for 3 hours… don’t.

When I was in 7th grade, there was this girl I had a crush on who happened to have a locker next to mine. Her dad had a 1970s Datsun Z (either 260Z or 280Z); I knew the girl in 2001-2002, but I forget what year this actually happened...

We lived in Oak Harbor, Washington when my dad was stationed at NAS Whidbey, and Seattle is two hours away. There was a tiny regional airport on Whidbey Island at the time, which offered commuter service to Sea-Tac if I remember correctly. This girl's dad left the Z parked at the regional airport while he was away on business. Somebody stole the car, and it was recovered some time later partially stripped and full of drug paraphernalia; I don't know if her dad bought the car back from the insurance company or opted to leave the insurance company out off it, but he slowly but surely repaired the car and put it back in the road.

I suppose we can be, though I've yet to have an issue. My current decals are for Salem's Childe and most wouldn't know they're a band anyway. Though my friend who lives in MA and grew up in NY will never put any Yankees stuff on or in his car where it can be seen for similar reasons.

Yeah I definitely like your sticker though

Same, mostly because I figured out whoever I would share with just isn't worth the effort, cognitive dissonance prevents them from ever seeing things differently.

Does anyone remember when $120K would buy you not two but THREE nice houses? Agh.

I don’t know if you went to the State Fair this year, but they were giving TRX rides on a closed course with climbs and jumps that took all 4 wheels off the ground a good foot. That’s what made me a convert. It was pure fun.

Damn. I skipped it this year. I was disappointed when the auto halls were only half filled last year, and the other half was the typical mattress and hot tub every-other-booth show.

That one sounds like it was worth seeing.

Can the Ram survive doing sweet jumps, unlike the Raptor?

Or is the truck a write off after that event?

Barrett Jackson Scottsdale had a similar event with the TRX rides last year. That truck is so plush when it lands and the power is ridiculous. :mudding:
