    @SnowKing of the North, Do you air down a little in the snow to help with traction? We just got our first real snow up here and its slick as hell.

    Not on the roads. I am to lazy to air up and down when I am just going to work and home. If I am out in the woods with powder I will go down to20-25psi.

    And I saw. My buddy snapchatted me this morning showing what eastern washington was looking like.

    They closed the pass to the west of me last night. All other passes in the county have traction tires required. We're ~ 5" under average for snowfall, but there's 3" expected today. Not a bad start.

    I don’t air down. Just kick it into 4high and cruise. But that’s on road. The interstate to the north of us gets some nasty slicks, speed limit is 80 but I can usually do 65-70 comfortably on super slick snow roads.

    Big winter tip: if cars aren’t spraying, beware of ice.

    Thanks for the tip.

    It was much slicker than I expected as I took the boys to school. I used 4H, but I don't like driving in it as I don't want to strain the gears. But, still gotta be safe. I may go get some sand for the bed later today.

    Im running the MT Bajas. They're rated 3peak, and have mild sipping. Its just seemed slicker than I remember driving through AZ and CO. Of course then, I had Coopers that were more AT than MT. They were also wider and shorter.

    Oh ok. those are good. And could be the lack of road maintenance? Get some weight and that will make it better. Otherwise just learn how to drive better :boink::D

    Its lots of fun when I expect it to slip. I don't want it to slip when I'm dodging suicidal deer

    @tubbsisland Happy Birthday

    May you receive two rocket washers this evening. Or one ZJ. Your choice.

    When you start slipping like that just hit the throttle and turn into it like you meant to do it.

    two bags of gravel and two bags of sand will put some decent weight on that rear axle, plus if you need it’s an easy way to dump a bag or two and create traction

    Just got back from Rocky point. I go there 1 week per month in the winter. The government just announced that the Lukeville crossing is closing on Monday until further notice, They are taking the employees to process illegals that are crossing in the desert. This is BS. Something needs to change
