Yes it will rub. You are pushing the assembly out too far. Even with a Zero offset 8 inch wide wheel, there are some that experience some contact with the factory mud flaps.

Thanks for the info. I’ll probably do the 17x8; 16mm wheel on a Faulken Wildpeak tire, whatever size won’t rub

Thank you! I’m running the factory style wheels FLOW FORGED TAC PRO STYLE – F266 satin black in 16x8 with a 0 offset with an oem trd center cap, and 285/75/16 BFGoodrich KO2’s.

I think 16” rims look better because there’s more sidewall!

I like the 16s look too. If I stuck with the 16inch wheels, would I be able to get away with the 0mm offset and obviously not that tire size, without any rubbing? What tire size would fit the stock suspension?

I’d say the biggest I would go on stock suspension without rubbing or trimming is 265/75/16

Any wheel that you would recommend that’s looks like the TRD that would fit that tires size of 265/75/16?

No I don’t think you’d have any rubbing. If you have mud flaps, they might rub on those but I’m not for certain.
