Here was what they did to fix mine. I made them do an alignment afterwards but not on the invoice. Good luck

If the OP does not have a stethoscope, put your ear at one end of a PVC pipe works for me to track down noises.

Funny, that's exactly what it sounds like mine is doing. Where the strut meets the coil or hitting each other. Thank you by the way!

Hold their feet to the fire. They'll figure it out. At the very least they will make sure you your mats are fitted properly.

Mine was a loose nut on the top of strut, where the shock stem attaches to the top hat. Basically the shock rattled every time the strut extended. Needed new top bushings because of it

Well my truck 2023 Tacoma is at Toyota again. First Cab Mount replaced at 10kms day after I got it... found out today cab mount needs to be replaced again at 3800kms. They mentioned this time it will be replaced under warranty..if it happens again I will have to pay for it. This seems to be an issue if the truck is chewing through them every 4000kms.

My truck has an eibach 1.75" lift and they said my CV boot has a tear and it's not covered under warranty. No off roading and is a pavement queen. This should be covered even with a lift, same height as TRD Pro lift.

Refresh my mind please, what was the issue with your body mount(s)?
And a tear in a cv boot is not warranty, a split or dry rotted boot separating is warranty. The visual difference is usually dry rot/splitting boots tend to happen in the valley of the boot. A random cut at an angle across it is usually the factor that signals not warranty

Truck starts making squeaking or creaking noise...checked the body mount and it's toast again.

I did not see the cv boot, but they said the split is at the first wrinkle?
