Hello, 2012 Tacoma single cab 4 cylinder 4x4 automatic all stock 130k. Feel some vibration around 40-52 or so.
    1. Felt under acceleration and same vibration when not under acceleration
    2. No change when 4x4 is engaged
    3. Still vibrates when I shift to neutral and coast during the 40-52 or so speeds
    4. Smooth at all other speeds. Drives 80 mph with ease

    Thanks for any help

How's the tire pressure/balance and alignment?
    That's where I'd 'start'.

At 130k miles. Things tend to wear out. Wear causes play. Play causes vibes. Bushings dampen vibes.
    uca/lca/swaybar bushings.

Just bought the vehicle used. New tires (some off brand) they were at 45 psi and i lowered to 32 psi. No alignment issues felt with pulling one direction or the other. The tie rod and steering shaft were just replaced and alignment done

My most recent alignment, someone forgot to torque down the d.s. uca and lca bolts causing me vibes.
    Maybe something is loose?

Rotate the tires and see if the vibe changes

I jacked the rear up and put it in drive because at slow speeds I could hear a flapping sound. The rear drive shaft is wobbling so I ordered two ujoints for the rear. I will update if this is the solution. Toyota dealership said they commonly wear out.

    All stock, baby!
While you have the driveshaft out, you might as well do all three u-joints plus the center bearing. I just did mine recently; it’s not a bad job.

Does it require any special tools to get the ujoints off?

People tend to forget they need to be greased every so often. Sounds more like tire balance to me, 50 is a critical speed for tire balance.

But would tire balance make the rear drive shaft wobble? I just received the ujoints and will update. I will also grease the old ones to see if that works

I did mine using the hammer, socket, vise, and big c-clamp method, but there are tools to remove ball and u-joints that you can rent/borrow from chain auto parts stores. Often free if you buy the parts from them.

U joints and carrier bearing on rear driveshaft is where I would start. If the cb is sagging by any significant amount, this can cause vibration.

It won't but I kind of think you got two things going on at the same time.
