You probably would have liked my WRX. Their Lapis blue color was such rich blue with depth, when clean it almost looked purple in the right lighting. Probably one of my favorite vehicle colors ever.

that second emoticon is how I feel when i see people speak/type like that unironically lol

always like those. unfortunately when you see them now, they're faded, clearcoat peeling, roof and hood halfway down to bare metal lol.

All this zoomer slang is bussin fr fr on g no cap. gotta keep it pushin p

    [IMG][IMG]

regarding "bro"....it's still plenty prevalent here in socal lol. everyone from wannabe trophy truck teens to the more lively old heads use it, unironically. It's so ingrained to me it doesn't even sound like slang anymore lol. Bruh I'll hear ironically from dudes, but very unironically from girls

I think i gave myself a stroke trying to decipher my own unintelligible nonsense

All my rigs are purpose built. From crawling to camping. I also enjoy a nice stock truck for what that’s worth. Toyota’s are the jam!
    Beach cruiser anyone?

Man, look how opinions have shifted. This guys saying that the ST is more dirt oriented than other ADV bikes. Now, to be fair, there are two things to keep in mind. First, the video is 9 years old and I have no idea what the ADV market looked like back then. Second, he's Australian so it might just be that us Americans are too soft by comparison! LOL

About 4 minutes in there's some great demos of the traction control and ABS.

@50Buck I blame this on you.

    upload_2023-12-4_14-4-56.png

BTW, did you protect your tank in any way when you mounted your tank bag? I'd like to do a clear vinyl wrap but not sure how it will turn out.

I had ordered the tank film, but it was sold out. I wound up using a backpack instead, so my Diablo hasn't been installed yet. :anonymous:

I just ordered this based on the recommendation of someone on the Super Tenere forum:

    https://thetankslapper.biz/xt1200z-total-protection-kit/

$95 for the XPEL gloss version, which is kind of a lot, but I think it will be well worth it. It covers so much I don't know if I'll end up using all of it.

I see this one for the CB500X but not sure if it covers your year bike:
