I've been considering getting a cap to run full time vs converting from summer ladder rack to winter tonneau cover.
In true TW style both caps I'm looking at are $$$

At this point I'm weighing the benefits and trying to decide if I really want to spend that much and if so when considering that Christmas is coming up fast.

It was also for a 2nd gen with a shortbed, wouldn't fit Jonathan's newer 3rd gen. And it was $250. And I almost considered buying it because it was the nicer model than my cap lol.

I did but that isn't the style I'm interested in. I want something that has doors that open on each side and also has a more utilitarian look.
I'm also looking for lightweight and more durable than fibreglass.

I thought the bed was the same between 2nd and 3rd gen. At least as far as caps are concerned.

    He lives up in Ashland.
    He's kinda busy now.

While I really appreciate you offering up Pat's services, one of my requirements is light weight. I mean the guy considers 1/4 steel to be sheet metal.
Technically he is not wrong, just that most of us consider sheet metal to come in gauge sizes that start with a 1 and not a 0 :anonymous:

I have your rear end just means you need heavier suspension. And with all that added weight you're going to want to re gear and get a tune...

    Hey, y'all!

    Started thinking about next year.

    Wyalusing - April 4-7

June - we've been doing Bearpaw. But, with the Pipeline shut down, I'm thinking Tigerton?? Or, maybe something else? Open to ideas

August - usually Tigerton. No dates yet. Just throwing it out there

October - fun with @pearing and fall colors again?

I'm open to changing some things up.

I considered maybe just setting up Wyalusing, one summer trip, and Bayfield and leaving more space for smaller trips.

Also, thinking of doing Friday through Monday or Tuesday for Tigerton since it sounds like it's quiet there on Sundays and Mondays.

    Thoughts??
