Giant Loop sells square sheets you cut yourself for $50 so having it precut for double seems about right.

That only goes up to the 2015 CB500X and the body work changed in the 2019 refresh.

3 square sheets for 50 or a whole ton more for double.

So within two days, this has all either been bought or done haha. Next up is a fluid flush like @nd4spdbh suggested.

I just paused my light install to order a fuseblock. Want to do all of the wiring in one shot, should have thought it through better but got excited. Had to call Clearwater today to clarify something in the instructions anyway.

For me it's 4 quarter turn fasteners and one screw to remove the Add-a-Circuit. I'll just need to resolder the aux plug onto the plugs I've got on there now going to the lights, but it will take me maybe 15 min.

I was going to put everything off till I got the heated grips in, but once I realized how easily the panel popped off I decided to just do everything piece meal.

I had hoped to start off by buying the parts I wanted, by buying the parts that were on sale for Black Friday and Cyber Monday first then grab the rest as extra money became available. I realized once I started on my lights this approach would have me installing wiring for the lights then removing it to run it to the auxiliary fuse box later. GPS power and heated gear cord as well. No point in removing something I just installed to reinstall it.

Fired up laptop and ordered the remaining electrical items. Once it's all here I'll do everything at one time. Fuse block will go in first and get powered. Lights , GPS, and power into tank bag after then heat last. I want to run the power from battery to fuse block down the right side of frame first, then run feeds from fuse box to accessories up the left side. Need to make sure I leave slack and space so cam cover can still be removed and installed for valve checks. Heated gear power will be last as I just need a short pigtail hanging up between rider and pillion seats that I can tuck underneath when not needed.

I figure doing it this way will help trouble shooting if needed later. No power into fuse block? Right side of bike. Power at fuse block but not at accessories? Left side.

    100%

Every time I see it. It's even more of a thing when you see the bike in person because the projectors are actual orbs like an eye.

I remember when you couldn't go anywhere without seeing a hooked up Civic! I think it's cool my nephew is into some of the same cars me and my friends were driving back in the day. He recently picked up a mint condition 93 Prelude. Also watch that oil pan, my buddy ripped his open on a manhole cover driving down a street that was being paved

All my rigs are purpose built. From crawling to camping. I also enjoy a nice stock truck for what that’s worth. Toyota’s are the jam!
Brappp. I would rip it, and then blow a tire and say this is BS. Lol
